Display2 applet, free trial version

The display2 applet is what you should be seeing now on the top frame of your browser. It features text and image display with the capability of making the browser go to a specific site when the user clicks on the display.

To make the display2 applet run in your own page, you need to put the following files in the same directory on your machine. In netscape, just use the right button of your mouse to click on the files and choose save link as... to download. These are really short files, so it shouldn't take you more than 2 minutes.

  • Display2.class 18 K bytes
  • GetparamL.class 3 K bytes
  • MyurlL.class 5 K bytes
  • MystringL.class 1 K bytes
  • Display2.script 4 K bytes

Get also the following html file which shows you how to use the applet tag to put the display2 applet in your web page.

  • Display2.html 1 K bytes
  • The display2 applet uses a script which is a text file you can edit to make the applet display your own text and images and to make the browser go to the sites you want when the user clicks on the display.

Customize the script file and the tags in your html document to make this applet satisfy your needs. Display2.script and Display2.html files are commented to show you how.
